From Burnout to Bliss
Do you ever wake up with knots in your stomach wondering how did I get here?
Do you sometimes feel trapped or stuck in your life? Is stress, overwhelm and burnout taking a toll on your work, relationships, health and spirit?
This was me four years ago. I wrote this book because I found a way from burnout to bliss. In my research I discovered many authors explain the science of stress and burnout, but they weren’t giving me the life boat to pull myself out of when I was drowning. I needed help, answers, actions to force me from the depths of physical and mental burnout.
