I’m not a cook. If I could get all my nutrition and feel full with a drink for all 3 meals, I’d consider it a time saver. You foodies must think I’m nuts. Once a day, I make a protein shake. It’s healthy and filled with supplements from my nutritionist to help with my specific health needs. The point of this Vlog- make your health a PRIORITY, and if you’re like me, and don’t like to cook, this at least covers one meal 🙂
